DIY Pineapple Enzyme For Beautiful Skin

Hygiene is the most important step in preparing Enzyme DIY. Use clean disposable hand glove to handle all ingredients. All tools such as glass container, cutting board, knife and scissor should be thoroughly cleaned and dried.

Caution : Do not use hair-dryer to blow dry as it may contaminate the glass container.

Ingredients include :

* Pineapple 1000g
* Lemon 300g
* Kiwi Fruits 300g
* Rock Sugar 700g

Steps:
  • Rinsed and the fruits (Pineapple, Lemon and Kiwi Fruits)
  • Pineapple and Kiwi fruits sliced without skin.
  • Lemon slices with skin.
  • Divide the fruits (Pineapple, Lemon and Kiwi Fruits) into 3 portions.
  • Arrange and stack the ingredients in sequence; Pineapple, Kiwi fruits, Lemon and rock sugar into the glass container. Do the same for the remaining 2 portions.
  • Seal it tight with food wrap after all ingredients are completely stack-in.
  • Covered with lid.
  • Keep in dry cool place for 2 weeks before ready to serve.
  • Mix 30ml of ready enzyme with 10 times of water for serve.
  • The Enzyme residues can be added too.
